Receive necessary communication

Delinea sends various types of emails. If you are an administrator of your Delinea product(s) or should otherwise receive technical communications, take the following steps to ensure you receive important notices about your product(s) or tenant. 

 

Subscription communications

General comms (Newsletter, Events, Updates)

Subscribe via Delinea’s subscription center. You can then toggle on and off specific preferences using the Manage Preferences button on that same page.

We especially recommend choosing Identity Insights newsletter and Products. These preferences will connect you to important customer-specific updates on a regular basis.

Security and legal notifications

Subscribe via Delinea’s Trust Center. Scroll down to the section titled Trust Center Updates and select Subscribe.

Outage and incident notifications, maintenance and patch windows

Subscribe via Delinea’s Status Center. You can then specify your preferences including product area and region.

We strongly encourage organizations to subscribe to each of these using an alias that includes multiple team members. This prevents situations in which a single point of contact leaves their company, leaving the company without these important communications.

 

Transactional communications

In the event of a major outage or incident, Delinea will not rely on subscriptions, but will contact technical accounts at every impacted customer organization. 

 

Make sure Delinea is an approved sender:

Main point of contact? 

If you believe yourself to be Delinea’s main point of contact for your product area and you have not been receiving transactional emails (onboarding, license keys, etc), reach out to your Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Sales Rep, or, if you do not know any of these contacts, support@delinea.com, and ask them to check that you are listed as a primary technical contact on your account.
