Depending on your organization’s size, goals, licenses, integrations, and so on, configuring your Delinea products successfully can be complicated. While you can successfully set up Delinea software in a self-serve way, it takes time and energy; don’t hesitate to reach out to our Professional Services team to take that lift on with a solid backing of expertise.
Remember too: certification programs are available for Platform engineers to make sure your team has the necessary technical knowledge to configure products successfully. We strongly encourage at least one member of the team to earn their cert prior to or during configuration.
If you work with a Customer Success Manager or Technical Success Engineer, they will be fantastic resources to connect with as you get started.
And don’t hesitate to post questions to the community or join office hours to raise what you’re working on with product experts.

- As you make configuration decisions, remember to keep your focus on the reason you purchased Delinea’s software. But don’t be afraid to set yourself up to expand those strategies down the road!
