Let’s get started!
If you’re ready to get started with CID, we recommend the following order of operations:
- Add CID Sources: Connect CID to your main identity sources (AD, Azure AD, AWS, etc.).
- Review Checks: After initial data collection (which may take up to 24 hours), review the list of privileged accounts that are not yet vaulted.
- Vault or Exclude: Vault the discovered privileged accounts in Secret Server, or exclude those that are not relevant. Review our vaulting guidance here if you haven’t yet done so.
- Establish a Baseline: Once you’ve reviewed and acted on the initial findings, you’ll have a clean, actionable baseline for ongoing monitoring.
