- We highly encourage you to consider getting platform certified or advocating for at least one member of the team to earn their platform certification.
- Align back to your strategy. Depending on what you’re trying to achieve, make sure your organization has purchased the right modules and has an appropriate number of licenses. Then, start considering which shared services will have the most immediate impact and dive into understanding those better and lining up the team members who will support that work.
Knowing how to navigate the platform, the capabilities it offers at no additional cost, and the capabilities you can purchase as you mature and expand, will be foundational to your team’s success with your products.
