She was right to tap me on the shoulder -- we process an extremely high volume of both renewals and new business transactions in the final month of the year. Of course, this is also a time when many of our contacts at companies like yours and many of our own staff are taking well-deserved time off to spend with their families during the last two weeks of the year.
If your organization has any renewing products this quarter and wants to avoid the holiday madness, read on.
We are working to get ahead of as many year end and early Q1 renewals as possible and are prepared to work with you to process renewals early. Doing so will ensure your organization avoids…
- working on procurement during the holiday rush
- the risk of non-compliance or gaps in coverage if the renewal is delayed
- the standard 5% reinstatement fees for late renewals.
How to get started with an early renewal
For those of you thinking “heck yes, let’s get this settled now,” your organizations should already have quotes in hand. We’ve sent them to all customers with whom we work directly and/or their service partners. Reach out to (or ask your procurement team reach out to) your main Delinea point of contact (Account Manager, CSM, Renewal Manager) or the partner you transact with for Delinea products to get the ball rolling. If you are unsure who to connect with, Brigid volunteered to check for you, just DM her.
And if your organization prefers to wait, we are fully supportive of that too and will be here to assist you. Please just be aware that turnaround time will be a bit slower during the end of year rush.
