Is there a phone number for support?

We are trying to upgrade to the Delinea platform, but the demo doesn’t have a critical step in setting up Entra ID, or I just completely missed it. How do we go about getting support for this upgrade? Any info would be super helpful.

I tried calling the support line and they said we aren’t authorized to open tickets. Our account rep said to call support. Support said to talk to our account rep. 


Opened a support ticket a couple hours ago. Hoping someone will get back to us.

Now upgrade process just stuck at this step. Not sure what the qualifier is to move on. Anyone?

From one of our PS consultants, below. And apologies if you’ve already gotten this ​@bbqchickenrobot, I know your AE was working to find more details and so you are probably looking for something more granular but posting here in case anyone else needs this overview:

Brief summary of how the Entra Id step works.

The step will check to see if there are any matching Entra Id domains in SS and Platform. If all match, the step will be auto completed as everything is considered 'Connected'.
If there are any Entra Id domains in SS, but not Platform, the user can configure the missing Entra Id domains for platform via the 'Configure Entra Id' button.
If they do not wish to configure the 'Not Connected' domains, they can manually mark the step as Complete


Unfortunately, not only did this not work for us, but the instructions given by support has broken our Secretserver and my account’s secrest have been wiped. Is there another level of support out there? This is somehow getting worse for us.
