    As an add on: if you’re not in a position to give a 4- or 5-star review, we totally get it but we’d love to hear about why so we can go back internally, provide feedback, and work on making things better. Feel free to DM me directly to share any of those barriers to providing a positive review.

I’d just like to encourage other customers to please do the same (and Gartner is offering the $25 gift cards - it’d be a shame to let them go to waste!).
