We’ve had a request from our Product Management team for input. Would any of you -- our fine community members -- be interested in connecting directly with a member of the PM team to discuss use cases and interests? This will be especially relevant for cloud or platform customers. Feel free to comment here or private message me if you’re interested in sharing your PoV. Here’s the ask from our team member: I’m one of the Product Managers on the Privileged Control for Cloud Entitlements and Identity Threat Protection team (fka Authomize), currently working on our upcoming integration with Active Directory (AD). My objective is to gather insights on what might be of particular interest to Delinea customers regarding this integration. Would it be possible to connect with one or two customers to discuss potential use cases for this integration?

Hello Secret Society! As we’ve shared prior, in just one month, we will transition to a new customer community experience. Why the change? The new site will allow: more robust content and communications: articles, operational guidance, event registration, best practice sharing, product roadmap updates Improved search and categorization to help you more easily find and create relevant content – this has become especially important as Delinea products and use cases expand. Better alignment with accessibility standards A cleaner look and feel and reduced bugginess (is it just me?) Threaded conversations Integration with Delinea’s support portal What to expect We are super excited to launch this new experience, but there will be many changes. A few in particular to be aware of: Look and feel - The entire look and feel of the site will shift. Hi all - Many of us are experiencing challenges loading the Delinea Shorts videos – It seems like the video functionality has been very glitchy across the site. I’m testing and finding that if I navigate to the Delinea Shorts category and choose an article they load ok. We will be transitioned to a new platform with steadier functionality in just a few weeks but I am very sorry for the challenges in the interim. Lmk if there are any in particular you still cannot load and need to watch and I’ll find the direct Vimeo links. Thank you for your patience!

We are excited to share that our Delinea community will be moving to a new platform over the coming months! Our current platform is called Influitive, and we will move to Gainsight, a community provider that is more optimized to this audience (tech and SaaS customers) and our goals for connection (education, support, updates and guidance). What this means for you: Nothing will change immediately, as the Delinea team works on the migration plan In late September, we will cut over from the Influitive platform You can expect a very different look and feel in the new community We will share specifics as the work gets underway, including any anticipated changes to login flow, points management, and branding. Hi Society of Secret Keepers! I recently joined Delinea and will be managing this site along with other programming that helps you succeed with all things identity, authorization and governance. I’d love to meet as many of you as possible in the weeks ahead to learn about your experiences with the Secret Society and our customer advocacy and customer empowerment programming. Understanding what you like, don’t like, and want to see will help us build our strategy. Please DM me if you’re willing to connect and we can find time. Hi, Do we have an option to create Event Subscription/Event Pipeline Policy for local account password expiry notification in Secret Server Cloud platform? I believe its missing in the current version?
